June 24-28

Volunteer for Run Home Texas, a summer baseball camp for boys 9-12 years old in foster care and let your light shine hope, healing, and honor into the lives of these young and vulnerable children.

Volunteer

Coaches/Mentors (Men 18+ yrs)

Each day you’ll help the campers practice the baseball skills they’ve learned, you’ll cheer them on with “atta-boys”, and you’ll make positive memories that will be remembered for years to come.  If you can play toss, have a heart to encourage, and want to share our hope in Christ, you’re ready to serve as a Run Home Camp Coach.

Relief Coaches (Men 18+ yrs)

Want to serve, but can’t commit all week? Relief coaches serve a few hours each evening and allow the daytime coaches to go home and rest before returning the next day.  As a relief coach, you’ll supervise fun camp activities, reflect with campers about the lessons they're learning, and encourage them to apply those lessons in life.

More Ways to Volunteer (Men & Women)

There’s lots of other events and activities besides baseball like hayrides, swimming, indoor and outdoor games, praise and worship, skits, birthday parties, and more.  Both men and women can volunteer to help with meals, decorations, camp supplies, facilities management, and various camp activities.

No matter, where you're serving, everyone on the Run Home Texas Volunteer Team contributes to the fun and encouraging atmosphere of camp that brings hope, healing, and honor to each and every camper.
