New Haven Fellowship
The congregation that is now New Haven Fellowship has a long and rich history going back several decades and includes powerful stories of the activity of God in establishing a community and ministry built on the confession and practice of Jesus being Head of the Church.
In 2001, the congregation began to embrace a work of the Lord to establish a regional prayer center and it was clear that the Lord was directing the congregation to relocate to better serve the Woodlands, Tomball and Spring/Klein communities. Consequently, the former property went up for sale in 2003. New Haven Fellowship held a commissioning service in its new location at 6262 Creekside Green Drive in The Woodlands on April 5, 2009.
New Haven House of Prayer
In the summer of 2001 the Lord gave Hank Marion a vision of Houses of Prayer being established across the greater Houston area. After prayer and discussion with other leaders in the city and some “divine appointments” an invitation was extended to prayer leaders across the city to experience musician-led prayer and intercession as a way to mobilize the church to prayer..
The ministries of the house of prayer focus on connecting people with Jesus’s heart, connecting the body of Christ together in worship & prayer, training & equipping leaders and ministry teams, and interceding for revival and spiritual awakening for our community.
